Anonymous asked: Where do you watch all your Potts stuff?
I own it.
Seems like a good time to repost my Pottsy Highlights list, which includes handy-dandy links to where you can buy/watch legally.
He was only in it for about two seconds, but daym, he looked good.
Smouldery Smolder Smolderson. :)
He has that look down to a habit, now.
Deeply amused at the assortment of pics there. Whumped Connor, anyone? ;)
crystalmoon222 asked: So I find Andrew's recent activity on FB and Twitter kind of fascinating. And welcome! I can't help but wonder why he's being so accessible and friendly with fans. My cynical self wonders if he recently read an article on how to use social media to promote your career. LOL Do you have any ideas?
Andrew is generally more chatty when he’s between jobs. He’s also more chatty when he’s got a project out (as he has had with By Any Means), so combine the two and that makes him doubly so. :) He’s going to start filming The Hatching very soon, so it may drop off some.
I find it lovely that he’s interacting with the fans more. It lets everyone really get a chance to see how charming he truly is.
I have no doubt some of this is self-promo. I think he’s trying to push for By Any Means s2, among other things.
But I think he’s also genuinely friendly—that’s the feeling I got when he started up the FB page, at least. I think he probably shied away from the contact because some people were being disrespectful, and because he didn’t want to have to field questions about his relationship all the time. But I think the rude fad fans have moved on, and now that he and Hannah are split, the pestering on that count has likely faded.
He’s clearly a bit of an attention hound and looking for career progress, and I’m sure this is part of all that, but I don’t sense purely cynical motives, at least.
We’ve finally been able to get a little bit more information regarding Andrew’s appearance in Dracula, the new upcoming NBC series. It seems Andrew will be appearing in Episode 3 titled ‘Goblin Merchant Men’.
Here’s a still from the episode. (Courtesy farfarawaysite.com) and a synopsis:
Grayson seeks to determine whether Lady Jayne is a vampire hunter for the Order of the Dragon. Lucy mends Mina’s broken heart with absinthe, romance and a whirlwind tour of Bohemian London. Grayson’s machinations claim the life of Lord Laurent and earn him a powerful new enemy.
Holy crap, he looks damned good in that costume!
I may have just squealed like a wounded rabbit. Ungh. Two of my favorite hot dudes in glasses? I can’t.
By Any Means
So, I’ll be needing a gif of that arse slap, please.
(And yes I AM shipping Tom Tom/Charlie. No one should be surprised by this. ;) )
Tom Tom ladies and gents…he’s one snarky bastard. Love him.
These would all make terrific reaction gifs. Heh.
He can’t do anything without that keychain, can he? Heh.
Re: By Any Means
Incidentally, I just remembered that a couple of years ago, I did an odd little fantasy casting thing for a possible UK Leverage spinoff: http://textualdeviance.tumblr.com/post/8319222620/and-heres-the-the-whole-fantasy-cast-leverage
Funny, really, that Pottsy actually ended up getting cast in a similar show. Heh.
